Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your bathroom products. Due to the intimate nature and installation requirements of these items, please review this policy carefully.
1. Return & Exchange Window
We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in new, unused, and uninstalled condition, and in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and manuals intact .
2. Strictly Non-Returnable Items
For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for any product that has been used, installed, or shows any signs of wear. This includes :

Shower Mats (once removed from packaging, used, or shows any signs of use)

Towel Racks (once installed, mounted, or shows any signs of installation)

Bathroom Cabinets (once assembled, installed, or shows any signs of use)

Any product marked as "Final Sale" or "Clearance"

Items with missing parts, damaged packaging, or signs of use
3. Return Process for Eligible Unused Items

To Initiate: Contact our customer service to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA will not be accepted.

Packaging: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts, hardware, and instructions included .

Shipping & Costs: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. For bathroom cabinets and larger items, these costs can be significant. We recommend a trackable, insured service. We are not liable for lost returns .

Restocking Fee: A 10-20% restocking fee may be applied to returns of large items (cabinets) for reasons other than defects or damage .

Refund: Upon receipt and verification of the unused item, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days . Original shipping fees are non-refundable .
4. Exchanges
To exchange an unused item for a different color, size, or style, please follow the return process above. Once your return is processed, place a new order for the desired item.
5. Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective straight out of its packaging, contact us within 14 days of delivery . Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue and the packaging. We will arrange a replacement, part shipment, or refund as appropriate, including refund of original shipping fees .
6. Missing Parts or Hardware
If your bathroom cabinet or towel rack arrives missing assembly hardware, parts, or instructions, contact us within 7 days. We will ship the missing parts free of charge.
7. Installed Items
Bathroom cabinets that have been installed and hooked up to water cannot be returned . Please ensure you have verified all measurements and installation requirements before assembly.
